AMERICAN HVAC TRAINING, THE COMMON SENSE WAY
At American HVAC Training Centers, Inc., we offer customized training
delivery systems for employers in HVAC related trades, including real estate
management, building facilities operation, HVAC Contractors, and
maintenance personnel; anyone who services, repairs, installs or
maintenances HVAC equipment.
We design curricula, develop funding for large-scale programs, deliver
skills-based training, and monitor employee work performance; all in
consultation with our Client Employers. We will assist your company in
planning, implementing and/or monitoring a training program to improve your

We access state and federal funds from local grant programs, such as
California’s ETP, for employer consortias who seek to implement full scale
training programs for their employees, but need assistance with seed money
to recover costs incurred from lost productivity.
We consult with each employer prior to training to assess employees’ current
skill-sets and to determine training performance needs. We continue
consulting with each employer after completion of training to provide a post-
evaluation process, regarding the employee’s learned and applied skills.
We also provide a unique Welfare-2-Work training program designed to offer
unemployed individuals career opportunities in the HVACR trades, by
providing them with the fundamental skills to enter employment as a HVAC
Installer, within the residential HVAC industry.
Many small and medium-sized companies do not have formal training programs. Instead they rely upon local
universities, trade schools, and other training providers to meet their employees' needs. If your company has reached

For less money than you may think, oftentimes in the State of California—with the help of ETP—training can be
