We provide you with the tools to determine your employees' current skill levels and assist you in identifying areas for improvement that translate into a "Training Plan" for your grant application. Oftentimes, several HVAC Contractors will get together to develop and deliver training programs that assist their new hires in learning how to perform work duties in a more efficient and productive manner. They also choose to deliver training modules which stress safety and compliance issues in the workplace. We work with each company to decide where they need to invest their time and effort in using ETP funds for training. |

All of our training is of the highest quality, customized from industry best practices to fit your company's operating procedures and work policies. We emphasize training in real-world application and encourage employees to participate in field OJT training experiences. We design training "Cue" worksheets to assist your employees in the field, as they go about their job duties. We also provide workshops to assist your Supervisors in becoming effective Instructors for training projects. Since our fees are received only after your re-imbursement funds are made by the State, our success is directly tied to the success of your ETP program. |

Paperwork and tracking needs, plus changing regulations and bureaucracy issues often cause companies to pull their training programs, rather than finish the course. American HVAC Training offers 100% success by administering your grant, using our tracking software and compliance expertise. We provide you with detailed status reports of your on-going training program. We will even invoice the State for you to ensure timely funds re-imbursement. Our Administrative Fees are based upon a percentage of your re-imbursement funds and never exceed the State's limits. |
