WELFARE 2 WORK INSTALLER PROGRAM
Participants in welfare-to-work programs often come from backgrounds already beset with crisis.
Any additional disruptions to their lives can cause them to quickly abandon plans for education
and employment.  American HVAC Training Centers, in collaboration with community colleges,
the Department of Human Services (DHS) and other community service agencies, work to
discern potential learning conflicts and assist clients in overcoming these educational and
life-support barriers to gain successful program completion.

Our HVAC & Building Maintenance job training programs are designed to provide students with
work requirements, at least part-time OJT while participating in the educational part of the
program.  Structuring our W2W courses in a modularized, open entry-open exit format allows
participants to advance at their own pace. Most importantly, this type of course structure gives
students the option of reenrolling, without having to repeat entire semester-long courses, if
employment or other circumstances cause them to leave prior to course completion.
