FOR OUR TECHNICIANS:

The new version of Pocket Tech is now available.  The original release of
this very successful program provides diagnostic feedback for service
technicians.

The latest version not only expands that feature, but adds new features
which make it the most advanced service tool available to Techs in the HVAC
industry.

Pocket Tech also has online assistance which allows Techs and Service
Managers to confer about service questions, directly with program specialists.

2008 promises to be a big and better year for Service Technicians who can provide
excellent diagnostic skills, utilizing the newest in tools and diagnostic flow charts.
SKILLED DIAGNOSTIC CHARTING is our motto for 2007.   Contractors in our nation
are only as good as their skill sets enable them to be.  With new products and new
refrigerants on the market, new skill sets are necessary to compete effectively!   It is
getting harder and harder to find excellent diagnostic skills in employees who were
groomed under the older generation's skills.  Skill-based training is critical for our
younger generation of techs, so that they don't copy old habits with new product!

So for 2008, we will be building a superheat & subcooling component into our
HVAC
101 Common Sense Way
and into our new HVAC Residential Installer training
program - approved by the State of California & ACCET.

We continue to build our staffing levels after accreditation approval in California and
Florida and will be maintaining staffing levels in DC.  2008 promises to deliver the
same HVAC Residential Installer program in Florida too.  Welcome to our newest
Instructors Jaime Valdez, Susan Gordon, & Jeff Diehl II.  New pictures will be posted at
the start of the year, here!!!!

Best Regards from your HVAC Staff
