A Service Technician performs all general apartment & facilities
maintenance, which duties may include, but not be limited to: carpentry,
plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, HVAC, masonry, hazardous material
abatement and appliance repairs.
Basic knowledge of tools and excellent customer service skills are important
for this position. Previous experience in maintenance required. English
proficiency, valid driver licence and proof of current automobile insurance are
also necessary. Must be willing to participate in after-hours and emergency
coverage, as assigned.
(OPEN JOB) Service Manager
A Service Manager coordinates maintenance duties of the property to keep
the project quality at company standards. The Service Manager is
responsible for inventory of parts, supplies & appliances, as well as the
general maintenance and orderliness of community facilities. This position
directs the daily repair and renovation of apartments by the mechanics and
vendors.
Previous experience in property management maintenance with minimum of
200 units required for one year. Must have property maintenance skills and
be computer literate, as well as having a valid driver licence and proof of
auto insurance. English proficiency is necessary and must be able to work
weekends.
